PVDF Resin Finish
Fortis 3mm Solid features a factory-applied fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating, applied via a reverse roller coating process. This premium finish consists of a chromate conversion coating, an inhibitive primer, and a top coat containing a minimum of 70% Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) resin by weight. The total dry film thickness is between 28-45 microns, ensuring a durable, long-lasting finish. This high-performance coating also offers a wide range of innovative surface textures and colours.
